For Fred there's magic in creating a business jam-packed with creativity and vision. His business, Clearview Washing LLC is technology rooted, with core values in company culture and customer service. Not what you would come to expect from an exterior cleaning company.

At 19 years old, Fred caught the entrepreneurial bug when his parents had scheduled a window cleaning at their home – the company never showed up, and never even picked up the phone! Soon after witnessing this shoddy customer service, Fred put his studies in entrepreneurship to work. He joined forces with his dad, Fred Sr. to create a full-service, customer-centric exterior cleaning company.

Fred is a Certified Conquer Coach and serves on the Entrepreneurial Advisory Counsel of his Alma Mater, Rowan University. He also beta tests cutting edge cleaning technology, including soft wash drones and solar cleaning robots.

A life-long Yankees fan, Fred's true “field of dreams” is what has been created in Clearview's workplace – a level playing field with opportunities for all. With everyone working towards a common goal. His biggest achievement yet has been balancing his career with his family and hobbies. Fred is married with 2 children; he loves to travel, golf and experience food.
